Another southeast Asian cave species, "red tiger" is one of the easiest to keep. Appears to be tolerant of high humidity and low ventilation, these isopods will enjoy a gradient of moisture within the container, from dry at one end to damp at the other. This species also appears to be capable of eating a variety of foods, including vegetables and high-protein fish flakes. These are also one of the few red species in the hobby, with great patterning.
